Affiliation to CMM and publications

CMM uses bibliometric analysis to evaluate the impact of the research conducted in and from our center.

If you are part of CMM, please state your CMM affiliation information on publications like this:

Center for Molecular Medicine, Karolinska University Hospital

If you use the core facilities at CMM for your research, we appreciate a mention in acknowledgements.

All researchers at CMM are affiliated either to Karolinska Institute or to the Karolinska University Hospital/Region Stockholm, and in many cases to both. This implies that you always have to write several affiliations, including CMM, starting with the primary research organization.

Karolinska Institutet has specific address recommendations that you can find here.

Based on these recommendations, the affiliation to CMM should be added after stating the affiliation to Karolinska Institutet (and/or Karolinska University Hospital when applicable).

Below you can find some address examples with different affiliations for publications. Grey sections in the examples are not mandatory. Note that the placing of commas is significant. The main organization name should always be directly followed by a comma to ensure that it is not misinterpreted.
